My work appropriates various elements of our everyday life, family portraits, religious iconography, stereotyped objects, illustrations, art history; they create a path that implies crisis as a starting point and a break in the search for oneself: the death of the self.

I am interested in the game between the real, the image and the representation proposed by classical art and disarming post-modernism. I go around the body, sexuality and gender roles disturbing the moral and political order, transgression, sarcasm, irony are indispensable to me.

I consider myself to be an iconoclastic artist who circulates in the contemporary baroque style and even kitsch, although I do not believe in boxes or definitive designations.

Art is a simulacrum, it must hide something to seduce; I try to weave the threads that lead to a polysemic reading, nothing definitive that is re-created, a work that does not seek to "like" or "please" but to question.

It is very important for me to generate the work from the concept and the context in which I move, without leaving aside globality and the world art scene. I firmly believe that as contemporary artists we have the responsibility to trace history in the place where we decide to be, I do not believe in art as a pure manual technique; but as a result of research and a commitment to society.
